Welcome to Word Connect Adventure (the "Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Game, except as permitted by law.
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to alter gameplay.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its servers, or related systems.
• Use the Game in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

3. In-Game Items and Virtual Currency

The Game may include virtual items such as coins or hints ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.

4. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements. Advertisements may be provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of such advertisements or any products or services they promote.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content — including but not limited to graphics, design, text, sounds, puzzles, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Game at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end, and you must stop using and delete the Game.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
